**Job Mission**:
Responsible for the structured management of the materials register.
Participate in the process of acquisition of materials, stock control, creation of procedures and training related to the department.
Ensure the correct process of Local Content Certification of the vessels, including analysis of contractual clauses, meeting deadlines and receiving information from different sectors.
Responsible for the analysis, critique, development and control of data in general, through information taken from systems, such as Oracle and Infor. Direct participation in the routines of the procedures of the area, in the scope of the vessels (PLSV's and LH's) of the department, aiming at optimization of the processes and cost reduction.

**Job description**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the Materials registration interface, ensuring correct item description, reducing the creation of duplicate items and thus ensuring database integrity.
- Analyze contractual clauses for Local Content proof and organize all technical documentation necessary for correct Local Content Certification.
- Provide data, reports, cost analysis and other information for decision making
- Ensure the closing of the acquisition processes of a material/service from request to delivery through computerized systems. e.g. INFOR EAM
- Improve the interface between internal departments in order to standardize and reduce time and costs.
- Ensure data is entered into control spreadsheets to ensure the integrity of the information and contribute to process improvement.
- Analyze, monitor and optimize the management of the vessels' stock.
- Contribute in the elaboration and analysis of indicators (KPIs) of the Material Planning area
