Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from **Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.**

**Your tasks will be**:

- Keyword research;
- Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM and other tools;
- Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics;
- Work with remarketing channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads);
- Testing new channels, campaigns and ad types, landing page concepts and creatives.

**We expect from you**:

- Google Ads expert knowledge is a must, at least 1-year experience in PPC/SEM;
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
- Experience with the multi-national project;
- Experience in performance projects: e-commerce, fintech, gaming, etc.
- Campaign optimization by CPA, ROI;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and AppsFlyer;
- English not lower than Upper Intermediate level;
- Communication skills, creativity, and analytical thinking.
