**About the role**

As the Digital PR Specialist for Better Collective South America, you will be responsible for creating compelling stories that work towards getting quality media coverage and links to our local and international brands. You will assure that our content and campaigns are used effectively across markets and will help monitor and report on the results.

You will work closely with the rest of the team to come up with content ideas and media angles in and around the world of sports. You will coordinate both with in-house teams and external PR agencies to ensure we leverage our ideas and data effectively. Furthermore, you will be responsible for expanding and utilising our Ambassador network with sports talent for editorial interviews on our websites, Social Media and Broadcast Channels.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Manage and liaise with Product PR and talent agencies in South America
- Drive ideation and content production for product PR stories
- Write press releases and pitch to media
- Create and manage PR content plans
- Land great media coverage, ideally with backlinks to our websites
- Generate media coverage reports with actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
- Identify and secure partnerships with new ambassadors for editorial interviews
- Coordinate the creation of ambassador related content
- Build and manage relationships with talent agents, journalists and media outlets

- Well-versed and with a proven network in the Brazilian media landscape
- A background in PR and/or journalism
- Able to identify the discourse in the media and how we can get our brands into those conversations
- Native Brazilian Portuguese and fluent in English - any additional languages are a plus
