**Youll Have the Opportunity To**:
Lead the Plant recruitment strategy including end-to-end search on actives roles, recruitment campaign and onboarding

Work closely with Client Groups and HRBPs in order to proactively develop and execute effective recruitment strategies

Use a variety of sourcing methods to continually build and maintain a talent pool

Always strive to be an expert in the business areas you support

Lead special Talent Acquisition projects and participle actively in process improvement efforts

**Youll thrive in this role if you have the following skills and experience**:
Bachelors degree

A minimum of 5 years experience of recruiting experience, ideally within factories

Strong experience in defining sourcing strategies including proactive sourcing techniques using social media and referral approaches

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

Ability to leverage data analytics, develop insights and provide guidance to support hiring decisions.

Good level of self-motivation, adaptability, agility, and ability to operate autonomously
