The Lead Document Controller will co-ordinate Document Control (DC) for multiple large-scale subsea projects. This is a client facing role in a high profile and dynamic project environment.

As a Lead Document Controller, you will be responsible for:

- Management of technical documentation for large-scale subsea projects including storage, review, approval, and distribution.
- Acting as the single point of contact for the client for DC.
- Supervising global DC team for selected projects.
- Identifying client contractual DC requirements and implement a compliant project-specific Document Management Plan (DMP).
- Managing the Master Document Register (MDR) in an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) throughout the project.
- Distributing DC reports and metrics internally and externally.
- Leading on time delivery of technical documentation throughout the project.
- Ensuring adherence to global SP&S standards for DC for selected projects.
- Identifying improvement opportunities and escalate concerns to the DC leadership and project teams and support implementation of improvements.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor’s degree (or Global degree equivalent) or experience in a DC role
- Fluent Portuguese speaking
- Excellent English speaking
- Experience of using an EDMS

**Desirable**
- Experience in a Senior DC or similar role
- Experience of coordinating document management
- Experience of DC on major engineering projects
- Experience in Oil and Gas or similar engineering environment
- Experience of using multiple document management systems

- Excellent collaboration skills with a focus on project delivery in a multi-disciplinary team
- Sense of ownership and urgency in delivering a high-quality product to the client
- Leadership skills and ability to operate effectively in a matrix team / organization
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize complex tasks.
