**JOB DESCRIPTION**

This is a position for experienced leaders that are used to analyzing and improving company processes, hiring and developing employees and genuinely putting efforts into the company’s growth.

We look for a highly dependable, self-motivated professional that is able to thrive in a remote work environment. This is a full time home office position, so being able to trust your work ethic, time management and ability to deliver results is fundamental.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**QUALITY ASSURANCE DUTIES**

Identify root cause of problems

Identify potential improvements

Implement process improvements

Ensure core business processes are documented and complied with

Update training, tools and systems as needed

Monitor and improve KPIs

**HUMAN RESOURCES DUTIES**

Define and update roles and job descriptions as needed

Manage recruitment

Negotiate job offers and hire

Comply with local labor laws

On-board new employees

Ensure effective training programs

Monitor trial period performance

Set team/employee goals

Manage employee performance

Manage employee disciplinary process

Manage personnel records

Motivate employees

Delegate effectively and consciously

Determine employee compensation

Manage recognition and rewards

Create and sustain a great culture

Strengthen teamwork

Forecast staffing needs

**GENERAL OFFICE MANAGEMENT DUTIES**

Equip staff with all needed tools and training

Fix IT problems such as but not limited to software malfunction and cellphone lines

Implement new automation solutions

Order and guarantee supplies needed for operations

Schedule, manage and prepare events, celebrations and others

Associates or Bachelor degree in areas like Business, Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent experience in the area

Excellent written and verbal Portuguese skills (Fluent or Native)

Excellent written and verbal Spanish skills (Intermediate or Fluent)

Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive Suite

Data analysis
