**About this opportunity**

The Invisalign Social media team is looking for a passionate marketer who thrives on building brands that connect with the target audience.

We are looking for Brazil Social Media Analyst with knowledge in building social marketing initiatives and content that drives brand engagement and build communities around the Invisalign brand and products. The mission is to drive brand love among our audiences mainly on our owned social media channels while leveraging a squad of influencers that nurtures leads and create desire around the unique orthodontic treatment with Invisalign and the Digital journey around it.

Also, this professional shall be responsible for the following through and controlling the key metrics to measure brand health on social media brand profiles and supporting influencers recommendation based on data analytics.

**In this role, you will**
- Manage community with engaging content to build brand advocacy.
- Develop Social Marketing initiatives, understanding users’ profile, behaviors and journey for prospect consumers to be converted as leads.
- Specialized in developing innovative content using the digital marketing tools with the goal of generating qualified leads, nurturing the customer journey and facilitating the conversion process.
- Work alongside other areas such as sales, new customer, customer support and marketing to generate brand awareness and ensure governance and best practices to ensure delivery of goals.
- Work with agencies to deliver the appropriate content at the appropriate time to maximize consumer awareness and conversion.
- Monitor competitors and market best practices as well as their trends.
- Ensure compliance standards in all healthcare professional-facing activities, collaborating with Regulatory and Legal departments...
- Leverage and adapt global assets and strategies considering the maturity level of the local market, proposing solutions that can address unmet local needs and opportunities.
- Responsible for performance reporting and goal tracking.
- Analyze Social Media sentiments and adapt ways to conquest leads and brand lovers.
- Lead with high knowledge of Social Listening tools like Airfluencer, Stilingue, Buzzmonitor or Salesforce to collect and analyze the data and the results of the Social efforts and performance of our influencers.
- Develop, implement, and propose changes in the social marketing strategy for Invisalign brand in Brazil including content, calendar, influencer, engagement and interaction with patients, doctors and interested consumers.

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in social media and Content Creation for B2C marketing including;
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other social media best practices and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios;
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound;
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
- Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the company’s field;
- Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
