We have been involved in a range of exciting projects with a range of services from BIM Management and Modelling Services, as well as Construction Timeline and Cost Simulation (also referred to as 4D & 5D BIM), Building Performance Analysis (6D BIM), BIM in Facilities Management (7D BIM) and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- To model & integrate families using Revit;
- To work closely with the BIM Coordinator in developing Revit Families either for the revised standards or for a specific project’s needs;
- To efficiently model and document the projects;
- To perform layout and input of marked-up drawings into Revit in accordance with the Standards;
- To draft and detail assemblies using Revit
- To lead modeling efforts on projects working with BIM Team to complete deliverables;
**Minimum qualifications required**:

- Fluency in English;
- At least 3 years of experience;
- Provable experience building or maintaining model family libraries;
- Complex problem-solving ability required. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, group atmosphere;
- Flexible approach to work and adhering to deadlines;

**Salary**: R$1,100.00 - R$4,856.20 per month
