- 5 years of experience working with external customers in a sales environment (e.g., technical consulting, sales engineering, support, help desk, etc.).
- Project management experience.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

- Experience with coding and SQL.
- Experience with advertising environments.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
- Data analysis and excellent data-driven decision-making skills.

As a Publishers Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with the partner sales teams to monitor our products' performance for customers, working with tools that address their technological and business needs, and identify opportunities that scale and grow publisher business.
Google Professional Services is responsible for providing technical consultation to publishers, onboarding them to Google Ad Manager, and helping them to achieve their business goals through tech projects.

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify, drive, and optimize the business growth flow from publishers by leveraging Google technologies.
- Help partners with their day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions to their problems
- Review and develop Google Apps Manager (GAM) implementation to sustain business growth. Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
- Assist publishers in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop their long-term success and improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
- Guarantee the technical aspects of client integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
