**We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant that will handle the following**:
Directly execution of all A.R. process with specific care about collection for all revenues (global, local, agency and principal) in accord to the instructions that are received from the AR

Coordinator and S.A Finance Manager, been in contact with all Agencies and acting

as part/member of the “AR Center” located in Sao Paulo.

Prepare and execute all A.R. reports for the AR Coordinator and the S.A. Finance Manager (outstanding reports, F2BC reports, Extra Juridical Notification, KPI monitoring, etc..).

Daily monitoring on bank’s activity (BRL accounts) with main focus on collected amount and customer open balance aiming on time reconciliation.

Follow up and monitor on a daily basis the Official ROE

Monitor and directly promote/support the Finance Manager during the credit line approval process.

**Requirements**:
Upper Intermediate English (Speaking, writing and listening)

MS Office, advanced excel

SAP Knowledge will be considered a plus

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or correlated area
