Bachelor's degree in related field
- 7+ years of experience in a business role: business development, product marketing, partner management, or related positions
- Experience identifying, structuring, negotiating agreements and executing partnership deals, preferably in media industry
- Experience owning development and execution of B2C campaigns, from concept to completion.
- Strong oral and written communication skills along with a proven ability to influence others internally and externally.
- Portuguese (BR) speaker.

Job summary
Would you like to be a part of the exciting streaming television business? Fire TV is seeking a Sr. Marketing Partnership and Business Development Manager to lead our streaming content partnerships and marketing programs.

This is an exciting and high-growth area for Fire TV with great potential and visibility. Fire TV is one of the top selling streaming media players globally with a growing selection of apps available on the device.

You will secure and develop strategic partnerships with major media companies in Brazil. You will be required to effectively engage these partners and negotiate terms that benefit our customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and marketing deals that delight customers and support strategic objectives.
- Understand the streaming landscape (content, partners, timing) to identify key content moments to create go-big marketing campaigns.
- Manage all aspects of campaign execution: ideation, strategy/doc writing, planning, messaging, creative, content and design, launching, and reporting.
- Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of partnerships and work with appropriate stakeholders to execute the campaigns.
- Work closely with internal engineering, product and marketing teams to identify, evaluate and drive feature adoption among top partners or enhanced features to support our marketing campaigns.
- Write proposals, campaign performance reviews, and a monthly review of progress against targets.
- Conduct deep dive analyses to understand campaign performance and uncover customer insight.
- Maintain a high bar for consumer-facing content, and ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard.

The Integrated Partner Marketing team at Fire TV manages relationships with streaming content partners and develops marketing programs that achieve mutual business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements, as well as to show progress to goal to senior level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
