Overview:
**Finance Administrator**
- We are looking for a temporary Finance Administrator to join a global engineering and manufacturing leader in tech that does cool stuff that matters. The Finance Administrator is a member of the Veripos Global Finance Organisation and is responsible for accurate processing of monthly transactions. The role will include processing of purchase and sales invoices, processing of banks payments, chasing open customer invoices, reporting of results to the UK Accountant and other adhoc tasks.

Veripos Brasil Ltda is a Hexagon company and is part of a group of worldwide companies that form the Hexagon Autonomy and Positioning division.
**The Location**: Hexagon is a global company with locations around the world. This position is based in Rio das Ostras, Brazil.
**Responsibilities**:
As a **Finance Administrator**, you will:
- Process purchase and sales invoices within Dynamics AX
- Calculate WHT journals and post relevant journals
- Prepare all balance sheet reconciliations to be reviewed by the Senior Accountant.
- Process bank payments to ensure timely payments of suppliers and tax authorities
- Chase open customer invoices and lead a monthly Debtors meeting with the UK Finance team to provide status update on open invoices
- Liaise with local third-party accountants to ensure accurate reporting in accordance with local tax rules.
- Prepare a monthly reconciliation of the reports provided by third party accountants to ensure these agree to the numbers within Dynamics AX
Qualifications:
** Must Have**:
- Previous finance experience
- Good English speaking
- Knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations
- High attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft skills - specifically Excel
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
