**About the team**: SAP Brazil is looking for five interns for the Customer Renewal Center. These students will be responsible for supporting processes and projects related to customer lifetime value cycles and for working with data analysis to improve the renewal rate of our SAP cloud solutions.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Renewal Center

**Location**: São Paulo, Brazil

**In this role, you’ll**:
The working student will assist with various operational tasks such as but not limited to:

- Data analysis
- Deliver updates for our weekly reports
- Define and execute system updates
- Measure and report results from the team
- Communication with several stakeholders

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Studying Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related areas
- Customer centric mindset
- Good communication skills and Teamwork
- Presentation skills and Innovative thinking
- Ability to manage problems and make things happen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Power Point
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in English
- Analytical, structured, process-oriented, with a logical mindset
