Empresa focada no segmento de NOC para ambientes de missão crítica, está em busca de um Gerente de Entrega de Serviço (Service Delivery Manager), que terá como principal função garantir a satisfação do cliente através da correta entrega dos serviços contratados, acompanhando e apresentando KPIs e dados estratégicos para clientes selecionados. Necessário conhecimentos técnicos de infraestrutura de TI.

**Atividades**:

- Garantir a entrega dos serviços contratados - Escopo, SLA, catálogo serviços, relatórios e etc;
- Construir um relacionamento pessoal com executivos chave do cliente;
- Realizar indução dos clientes nos serviços contratados;
- Gerenciar o contrato para garantir a plena satisfação do cliente;
- Gerenciar a rentabilidade do contrato;
- Gerenciar backlog de atividades;
- Interagir com áreas técnicas e comercial;
- Facilitar a resolução de problemas criando interfaces entre o time técnico da InfraOPS e o cliente;
- Gerenciar atividades técnicas (mudanças, problemas e crises);
- Gerenciar Projetos e Melhorias de TI;
- Ministrar reuniões e apresentações técnicas/processo no cliente - Diárias, Semanais e Mensais;
- Elaborar e analisar relatórios de serviços (Book, relatórios de incidentes, procedimentos);
- Identificar oportunidades comerciais;
- Criar sala de warroom com o cliente;
- Emitir comunicados.

- Excelência na comunicação, verbal e escrita;
- Capacidade de trabalhar com supervisão mínima;
- Capacidade de desenvolver e manter relações em todos os níveis hierárquicos adequando a linguagem conforme o público;
- Capacidade de priorizar múltiplas tarefas complexas, enquanto trabalha com prazos apertados;
- Capacidade de trabalhar em horário flexível;
- Ter atitudes positivas que contribuam para alcançar e apoiar os objetivos departamentais e operacionais;
- Auto-motivação para melhorar continuamente, reagir às situações adversas e participar de mudanças;
- Clareza na comunicação e atenção aos detalhes.

**Comprovações Técnicas**:

- Certificação ITIL
- Experiência em gestão de serviços para ambientes de missão crítica.

Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral

Salário: R$2.000,00 - R$8.000,00 por mês
