**Introduction on the role**:
Plan and execute everything related to CRM for digital channels

**What will you do?**

**Support all Digital Marketing activities with focus on CRM**:

- GTM & Calendar (creation and management of GTM for digital channels)
- Briefing, creation and deployment of campaigns with creative agency support
- Interface and management of suppliers (agencies, vehicles, systems, etc.)
- Opening purchase orders for Finance and budget management of the Digital channel marketing budget

**Who are you?**
- Bachelors in Publicity, Marketing or Business Management
- Experiences working on Fashion Brands Ecommerce´s or on Marketplaces with Fashion Category and Fashion Brands
- 5 years' experience as Digital CRM Analyst or Specialist
- Passionate for digital, ecommerce, CRM, digital marketing, data & analytics, people diversity and fashion
- Advanced Office (Excel and Power Point)
- ERP (LINX & EMILLENNIUM)
- Ecommerce platforms (VTEX and others)
- BI tools (Power BI)
- CRM/E-mail Marketing/SMS/WhatsAPP platforms/systems
- English (intermediate) and Portuguese
- 20% of the Job Travel required.
