**Job Description Summary**:
Responsible of all project site activities within GE scope: Fabrication & Installation supervision, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning supervision of GE equipment.

Essential Responsibilities
- Full engagement to respect the project objectives in terms of Quality, Time, Budget and customer relationship and customer satisfaction.
- Provide the key technical and managerial interface with customer on site.
- Establish and manage contract design documentation. Also produce design documentation as necessary.
- Contract Management with Local Contractor (avoid Variation Orders and Claims).
- Ensures that Site activities fully respect customer and GE EHS requirements.
- Ensures the acceptance of the system by customer.
- Reports to the GE Project Manager in full transparency. Early warnings.
- Leads/Coordinates GE Site Team: EHS, FSE team, Local Contractor, manufacturer plant, GE Site Team, GE project teams (incl. Subcontractors and Suppliers)
- Follow-up of the detailed site planning in coordination with the erection supervisor and the Commissioning team
- Participates on Progress Meeting with Customer and Local Contractors
- Analyze and report project close out metrics to determine proximity to operating plan
- Weekly reporting: update of the Site Project Time Schedule + Activities done week N + activities to be done week N+1 + Risks + Time sheets. Objective: give to the Project Manager a clear view of the state of the Project.
- Ensure the operational milestones on-time
- Ensure the respect of the local budget. Monthly update of the Site Budget (including time sheets) + Invoices subcontractors.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in site management or on other relevant managerial position on industrial site
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in an engineering design environment in relevant industry (Marine, Energy, Mining, steel industry, etc.).
Experience in a leadership role
- Experience On site commissioning of large projects.
**Technical skills**:

- Strong background on Electrical equipment
- Good knowledge in Mechanical erection (drawings understanding, battery limits understanding, etc)
- Strongly focus on EHS
- Management skills:

- Strong knowledge in PM tools: MS Office, budget management, etc
**Desirable background on**
- Experience particularly in Oil and Gas Sectors, including FPSO, Floating Platforms, Oil Platforms, floating platforms and offshore drilling, including MEP equipment installation, module construction, survey/inspections, witness and test approval and commissioning.
