Business Dev Rep will have the responsbility Google's quota in territory, recluit partners, develop partner in Google programs and ensure the key goals aligned with vendor strategy. Will work with marketing, sales, presales and services team to ensure the correct motion in Google solutions in our partners.
Responsabilities
Landing the strategy of selling Google in the region.
- Recruit new Partner to sell Google through TD SYNNEX.
- Work together with the Cloud Success Center to enabled partner as a new Google Partner.
- Developer and execute a channel growth plan with the partners (Accreditation, Certification, Partner level and Revenue growth).
- Work together with the TD SYNNEX's sales region team to sell vendor solutions.
- Engagement TD SYNNEX's sales region team with the vendor's sales team to work together as a team.
- Work together with TD SYNNEX's marketing team to delivery campaign, digital initiative, and other activities to recruit partners and grow consumption.
- Ensure the delivery of best possible offer to the partner including Cloud Solutions and TD SYNNEX professional services.
- Rhythm of business with Google local team to ensure relevance of TD SYNNEX in the local initiatives.
- Meet the goals set (recruit new partners and revenue target)
- Engagement other solutions and services from TD SYNNEX in the vendor business (Upselling, Cross selling, CPPO and other initiative).
- Other key metric stablished with vendor.
**Requirements**:
Basic Qualifications:
- sales or business development experience in software/technology industry.
- Spanish and English Languages.
- Experience and knowledge in cloud solutions (Microsoft, Google, AWS or others).
- Strong presentation skill and ability to engage audience with technical and business concepts.
- Passion for technology and learn new solutions.
- Passione about customers and build strong business relationships.
- Able to function in a team environment from different areas. (Sales, Presales, Marketing, Operations). And interact with regional teams.
- Able to create cross and ups selling.
- Manage pipeline and sales cycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge in AWS or Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform. Sales or technical certifications.
- Understood cloud computing architecture. Basic cloud sizing and consumption.
- Previous experience working development new business through ecosystem partners.
- Experience working and interacting with vendor's sales team (Microsoft, AWS, IBM, Adobe, VMWARE, Fortinet, F5, Splunk) to development cloud solutions sales.
- Experience making webinar or virtual event with an important number of participants. (Customer - Partners
- vendors).
- Experience selling Cloud solutions with professional services included.
