We are looking for the best talent to the position of** MARKET RESEARCH AND BUSINESS INSIGHTS SPECIALIST, **based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Under the supervision of the regional MRBI leader, this person is responsible for supporting with data and insights the Brazilian business, as well as a specific therapeutic area in Latin America. For this, the MRBI Specialist will plan, execute, monitor and analyze different market research projects, and will perform different business insights activities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Contribute to the generation of business knowledge through in-depth analysis of data stemming from different market audits, as well as results from primary market research studies (ad-hoc or syndicated).
2. Promote the generation of the right business questions among internal clients and develop innovative analytics to provide answers to those questions in a timely manner. Become a consultant for internal clients, recognized as the expert in his/her field.
3. Promote the understanding and use of data, analysis, tools and Business Insights platforms among business teams, encouraging data based decision-making and self-service culture.
4. Develop analyses and market forecasts required to support internal customers throughout the annual strategic business processes, as per cycles established by IBP (Integrated Business Planning): Monthly Business Reviews, Mid-Year Business Reviews, Brand Plans, Action Plans and Long Range Financial Plan, among others.
5. Plan and execute with excellence primary market research studies required by the business, including: a) methodological design, b) supplier selection as per Procurement guidelines, c) design of questionnaires, d) fieldwork follow-up, and e) analysis and communication of results. Ensure operation within quality and compliance standards in all stages of the process.
6. Make sure that administrative processes related to MRBI and his/her projects are performed in time, including: budget monitoring and reconciliation; billing and monthly creation of provisions; as well as supplier registration and contracting processes, due diligence processes and quality reviews, among others.
7. Work closely with other MRBI specialists in the region to create synergies in data analysis projects, market research and learning plans on different therapeutic areas.
8. Help to build the history of MRBI learning: ensure that the knowledge acquired over time is not lost and serves as the foundation for business plans, by setting-up systems or platforms that allow historical information to be preserved.
9. Guide the recruitment, performance and development of direct reports.
10. Collaborate in the design and execution of Advanced Analytics projects, a new field for the organization.

**Qualifications**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree (Management, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Applied Math, International Trade, Social Studies, etc.)
- Advanced English, conversation and writing
- At least 5 years of experience in the areas of Market Research, Business Insights, Business Intelligence or Business Analytics.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the High Specialty business.
