**Your role**:
Our role is to help customers in utilizing our eCommerce platform to purchase a portfolio of over 300,000 products from Life Science, the chemical and biological industrial division of the company's Group. As a member of the Digital Transformation team, the eCommerce Development specialist's primary goal is to seek improvements in the eCommerce purchase journey. You will be responsible for developing and implementing eCommerce strategies to increase sales and customer engagement, collaborating with global cross-functional teams to design and launch new eCommerce features and functionalities, performing website analysis to seek insights to improve the local purchase journey, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to create and implement campaigns that drive traffic and sales to the eCommerce platform. You will be part of the eCommerce customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any eCommerce-related customer inquiries.

**Who you are:
- Graduated in Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, Business Administration, or other relevant areas.
- Previous experience in eCommerce.
- Advanced or fluent business English.
- Spanish skills is a plus.
- Experience with eCommerce analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues related to eCommerce performance.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement eCommerce strategies that align with business objectives.
- Creativity and innovation to identify new opportunities for eCommerce growth.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage complex eCommerce projects and tasks.
