**Job Summary**
The Regional Director, South, is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the overall marketing strategy, performance, and financial success within the designated Southern region of Brazil. This Regional Director will drive market share and profitability by developing and executing highly localized marketing strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overarching company goals while catering to the unique demands of the regional market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, define, and lead the regional marketing strategy and roadmap for the South, ensuring it capitalizes on local market opportunities and addresses specific challenges.
- Bear full P&L responsibility for the assigned region, driving revenue growth, optimizing marketing spend, and ensuring profitability targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with the CFO office to understand and receive regional budget outlines.
- Responsible for the comprehensive planning, presentation, and defense of the quarterly and yearly regional marketing budgets.
- Ultimately accountable for the sign-off and diligent management of the approved regional marketing budgets.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the State Managers and their team within the Southern region, ensuring effective execution of localized marketing plans and strategies.
- Oversee all marketing activities aimed at driving acquisition, increasing market share, and enhancing brand presence and profitability within the defined Southern territories.
- Partner effectively with Central Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Brand & Communication teams to ensure regional initiatives are consistent with overall brand guidelines (Where and How) and national campaigns, while providing valuable regional insights.
- Achieving regional P&L targets.
- Successful development and execution of regional marketing strategies and roadmaps.
- Effective management and roadmaps to sign-off of regional marketing budgets.
- Performance and development of State Managers and teams within the region.
- Growth in regional market share and brand presence. Following key KPIs such as FTDs, Active players and increased ARPU over time.
- Empowered to make strategic decisions regarding regional marketing approaches, campaigns, and resource allocation, with a strong emphasis on regional market dynamics and financial outcomes.
- Authority to approve and commit regional marketing budgets once alignment with the CFO and Marketing Management team is achieved.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant degree, e.g., Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 8 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with demonstrated P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful regional or localized marketing strategies.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with large-scale budget management.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the market dynamics within the Parana, Rio Grande Do Sul and Santa Catarina region is highly preferred.
