Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (‘SDR’) is primarily responsible for generating leads, building our pipeline, soliciting new potential enterprise customers, and connecting these customers with the sales team to facilitate deal closure.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generating leads and prospecting new business opportunities through a range of channels including leveraging existing networks, sales tools, and telephone-based prospecting
Qualifying the leads during a phone call, progressing through the sales funnel by leveraging strong product knowledge, and qualifying them as a sales opportunities, scheduling them for further consultations on the BDM´s calendar
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of local telecommunications market, customer motivations, and customer buying patterns.
**Key Criteria**
- You are fluent with English and Portuguese.
- You have a minimum 2 years’ sales experience preferably in a software or technology environment.
- Experienced in an outbound sales, call center or other phone based sales environment with the ability to get through a high volume of client contacts per day.
- Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
- You are goal oriented with a passion for sales, generating leads and working in a fast-paced environment.
