**As a S&OP & Inventory Leader, you will be responsible for**:

- Participate in the development of models and processes to optimize stock and advance release without negatively affecting customer service levels.
- Review and analyze the forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure that the key impact orders, new forecasts, products and changes are included in the aggregate demand.
- Notify Scheduling and Manufacturing of significant forecast or capacity changes in a timely basis.
- Communicate with Manufacturing new forecasts and launch timing updates.
- Assist in the resolution of key supply-demand/service-cost issues.
- Document assumptions and adjustments to forecasts using Sales and Marketing teams’ input.
- Analyze and upload timely and accurate periods of 18 months’ forecasts on a monthly basis through Tier 1 and Tier 2 roll ups.
- Facilitate monthly demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between functions and stakeholders.
- Assist with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of regularly scheduled planning meetings.
- Review, store, and backup final adjusted and unadjusted statistical forecasts.
- Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and S&OP processes.
- Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics.
- Lead optimization process to mitigate costs and maximize service.
- Develop capacity simulation processes to run sensitivity analysis for growth.
- Implementing inventory stocking strategies
- Developing methods and programs to optimize the utilization of inventory
- Monitoring levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly
- Providing updates to inventory projections and creates mitigation plans as needed.
- Reviewing Slow Moving Inventory (SMI) with regions and involves other functional groups to reduce SMI risks.
- Working with regions to phase in new product inventory and develop plans for effectively managing replaced inventory
- Forecasting inventory reserves and work create action plan for mitigation
- Working with the demand planner to create the netted demand plan and with the supply planner to implement stocking strategies

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Experience in factory planning, materials, inventory and S&OP
- Be able to demonstrate experience in a project leadership role
- Be able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Have experience in planning and material management
- Be experienced and comfortable questioning and influencing stakeholders towards change and positive outcomes
- Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
- Be able to speak Fluent English and Portuguese
- Advanced Excel skills

**Desired Characteristics**
- Experience using Oracle and Cyber plan e project
- APICS - CPIM I e II
- Certified in Production and Inventory Management
- Someone with a proven track record as an S&OP and Inventory associate who can work across multiple stakeholder groups
- Successfully operating in a complex and global organization
- Delivering in an international organization, demonstrating an understanding of the associated cultural differences which that environment brings, as well as its complexities, matrix environments and functional setups.
- Results-orientated but with the ability to think strategically.
- Actively challenges and addresses “silo” attitudes to encourage effective relationship-performance standards, inside and outside of the organization; collaborative in approach; Inspiring and able to motivate individuals and groups towards achieving goals.
