Senior Netsuite Developer- Internal Tools

You will be in charge of programming, implementing, configuring and maintaining financial data integrity of Bitso's brand new NetSuite ERP platform, to enable robust and solid Finance Operations in all countries where Bitso operates, based on Oracle's best practices and consulting, business requirements and existing operational models. You will work with the Finance Tools squad, Finance product managers, and other finance and business operations stakeholders to define the best technical solutions at the global enterprise level.

This is a role for an active and well-experienced NetSuite Developer who has the additional capability of understanding requirements to build solutions with other Tribes and Architecture around him/her and helping them across the company to integrate required data to be ingested in NetSuite from Bitso and 3rd Party data stores. To succeed you will need to be hands on, have an eye to detail, focus on building integrations, configurations, automations and reports that can be used to quickly scale and bring insights to the Finance department.

**Internal Tools Engineering Tribe**

The Internal Tools Tribe is one of the Tribes within the Engineering department, responsible and accountable for many aspects of the technology, vendor solutions and delivery of service operations at Bitso. As stakeholders, the Tribe has Legal, Compliance, Customer Support, Fraud, Finance and other internal solutions for developers, with individual squads for each stakeholder area. We aim towards execution and enablement of outstanding productivity and efficacy of our end-users to fulfill their tasks with autonomy, high speed, quality and satisfaction on interacting with our services and solutions. Their success has a direct impact on our Bitso customers and relations to regulators. Therefore, solving their issues and needs, protecting and safe-guarding their crypto portfolio, builds trust and enablement of the Bitso brand in the Latin America region which we operate.

**Your impact**:

- Support the Finance team in implementing NetSuite.
- Build, collect, augment and integrate data for NetSuite databases.
- Program and implement Financial Reports and Data Extractions.
- Support other developers on how to integrate data from other sources to NetSuite databases.
- Ensure a high-availability and high-performing system.
- Help on connecting NetSuite modules, make customizations, and plug-ins for 3rd Party apps.
- Create all of the features to be introduced into the website and NetSuite ERP back office.
- Solve design of solutions, as per business objectives in the most efficient use of developer time.

**Who you are**:

- Strong proficiency and experience in NetSuite, and custom SuiteScript 2.0 scripts.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience with Finance and Regulatory Frameworks.
- NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification.
- 2 years experience in Javascript and other web programming languages.
- A user-centric mentality on addressing requirements and business needs.
- Experience planning, documenting, testing and releasing NetSuite modules and scripts.
- English language proficiency.
