**What You’ll Do**

Your mission as a Field Service Analyst will be to work in the field at our client's office, located in Cabiúnas District of Macaé - Rio de Janeiro, providing level 1 support to the employees assigned to the client.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing day-to-day support to end users, such as configuring workstations with computers and the necessary peripheral devices, routers, printers, etc;
- Provide hardware and software support;
- Check computer hardware HDD, mouse, keyboards, etc. to ensure functionality;
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications;
- installations and formatting of machines, as well as migrations;
- Manage administrative activities, organizing and scheduling updates and maintenance, using controls and spreadsheets, without preventing others from completing their work;
- Keeping records of repairs and corrections and the maintenance schedule, registering and following them up in the call queue;
- Participating in the preparation and delivery of training on tools to users;
- Support in meeting rooms;

**Preferred experience**:

- Experience with Service Now;
- Experience with inventory management;
- Network experience;
- Customer service, call handling;
- Intermediate English.
- Accept working in the presencial model in Macaé - RJ.
