Sr. Product Manager, Amazon Payment Products Brazil

Amazon Payment Products BR has the mission to launch and manage payments products that will drive affinity and affordability to our customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Create go-to-market plan and new features for Amazon Payment Products: gather business requirements, build and deliver against the roadmap, and create & monitor meaningful KPIs.
- Manage external Partner relationship, work on common initiatives, and negotiate terms
- Drive product awareness and adoption: identify marketing opportunities and support the delivery of effective marketing campaigns with internal and external partners.
- Customer research, identify gaps in product/experience offering, and design solutions that address unmet customer needs;
- Lead the daily operations: assess and manage risks, monitor and report on progress with actionable insights, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, and provide escalation management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Solid product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Cards, and/or Payment Products.
- Advanced or fluent spoken and written communication in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
