Now we’re looking for **Jr. Business Analyst** good results to Softline’s (interface). You’ll be a part of our time.

**What you’ll do**:

- Working together with business time to ensure the accuracy of CRM data
- Train employees to correctly use the CRM tool
- Management of commercial indicators
- Creation of dashboards with performance indicators prioritizing the strategic objective
- Prepare management reports (Sales, billing, performance, goals and quality)
- Presentation to the results committees
- Translate business or process requirements into technical requirements
- Conduct analytical studies and collaborate with business leaders to support ongoing projects

**Profile requirements**:

- Intermediate Excel
- Good oral and written communication
- Analytical ability
- Autonomy to propose solutions and solve problems
- Creative and analytical profile, with an attentive eye on the market** Skills**
- Experience with CRM tools: Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Creator, etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, etc.
