**We are searching for the best talent for Jr. Financial Analyst to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil**

**Purpose**:Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Jr. Financial Analyst to join the FP&A MedTech team, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

This position is to be the right-hand of MedTech Commercial lead manager for Brazil, supporting activities under the scope of the regional FP&A team.

The Analyst will have significant exposure with Brazil Finance Leadership team as well as connecting with overall Finance community and specific business partners. Understanding FP&A process and interactions, as well as main tools and systems are essential enablers for this position.

This role should demonstrate strong signs of the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver by utilizing performance metric driven insights to address unmet needs, challenge status quo and hold accountable with key partners to act with speed and agility.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Standard reporting and analytics execution
- Planning Calendar governance for Brazil Cluster
- Planning consolidation and reporting
- Management deck preparation for actuals and planning cycles
- Responsible for consolidating Opex budget and perform BvA analysis for selected business partners
- Balance Sheet forecasting
- Monthly P&L closing and analysis
- Consolidation and analysis of Free Cash Flow according to global model
- Business Plan and Quarterly Update Support and Analysis for P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Drive Analytics including scenario planning and financial analysis
- Business partnering
- BRAVO and TM1 submission

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Economics / Engineering / Accounting or related
- Proven experience in financial roles (Accounting, Financial Planning or Business Controlling)
- Proficient English
- Advanced Microsoft office (excel and powerpoint)
- Power BI knowledge (nice to have)
