The Analyst will have significant exposure with Business Unit Finance Organization as well as connection with FP&A team members. Understanding FP&A process and interactions, as well as main tools and systems are essential enablers for this position.This role should demonstrate strong signs of the Leadership Imperatives of Connect and Shape by utilizing performance metric driven insights to address unmet needs, challenge status quo and hold accountable with key partners to act with speed and agility. The role also required to be autonomous and independent on the daily basis process and is encouraged to act as the key contact between the business and the FP&A Team.**Key Responsibilities**:- Process improvements projects- Standard reporting and analytics execution- Planning consolidation and reporting- Ad-hoc reporting and analytics execution- Drive Analytics including scenario planning and financial analysis**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**Required:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Economics / Engineering / Accounting or related- Proven experience in financial roles (Accounting, Financial Planning or Business Controlling)- Advanced English- Spanish is a plusPreferred:- Experience in finance shared services- Solid knowledge in financial planning and analysisOther:- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
