This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with global teams and stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential, and experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is highly valued.
- What you will do:_
- Oversee and execute complex billing activities across Latam region
- Ensure billing accuracy, policy compliance, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Investigate and resolve escalated billing issues in collaboration with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Deal Management teams
- Lead or support system and process improvement initiatives to enhance billing operations
- Provide financial insights and reporting to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Support audit and compliance activities related to billing

What you bring:

- 5+ years of experience in billing, finance operations, or order-to-cash functions, preferably in a technology or software company
- Strong understanding of billing systems, revenue recognition principles, and financial compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and resolve high-impact issues
- Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional initiatives or process improvements
- High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages, such as Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Excel
