**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Procurement Senior Analyst, you will:

- Be responsible for strategic sourcing, advanced vendor management, contract negotiations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Drive procurement strategies and optimize supplier relationships.
- Have a focus on data analytics for decision-making; you'll mentor junior members and lead complex sourcing projects.
- Enhance procurement processes and contribute to strategic direction, offering a significant impact on our success.

**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
Our procurement team plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for the organization. We collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop strategic sourcing strategies. Our team is dedicated to achieving operational excellence, driving cost savings, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
As a Procurement Senior Analyst, you should have:

- Location in Rio or São Paulo;
- Proven experience in procurement, specifically helping mentoring or guiding a team, with a track record of tangible improvements and cost savings.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data in decision-making processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring team members and collaborating across departments.
- Advanced knowledge of procurement software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Experience in managing complex sourcing projects and negotiating high-value contracts.
- Commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the procurement function.
