As a support role for the Specialist, the Procurement Analyst will take care of stakeholder demands,
quotations, pricing negotiations, and commercial analysis for purchasing services
- Perform Procurement processes, such as understanding departments' needs regarding
scope, budget, alignement of bidders list and deadlines;
- Provide orientation related to Procurement process and Policy;
- Evaluation of every scenario and share proper information and support;
- Share RFQ documents with selected suppliers and follow up processes deadlines
- Strive for hiring the best technically evaluated proposal in the best commercial conditions
after market comparisons;
- Interface and communicate with suppliers to ensure performance expectations and
optimal business relationships;
- Act on behalf of Porsche Brazil when intermediating the departments' needs to suppliers.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to monitor and measure the
effectiveness of prospect procurement processes;
- Support activities of Procurement module SAP implementation together with IT
department and Porsche Headquarters.
- Support for operational activities such as Cost Breakdown Comparison sheets may be
required;
- Provide support to Procurement Specialist in additional tasks which may be needed,

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience (ideally in automotive industry, premium
brands are a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineer or
equivalent.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, and additional language skills
are an advantage.
- Excellent intercultural/interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills & techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivator who can work independently of supervision.
- Highly organized - strong attention to detail.
- Ability to set and meet challenging deadlines.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
