Position Summary:
This role of Controls, Finance and Administration Manager - Brazil is in line with that of a Financial Controller,
with emphasis on ensuring efficient and effective finance and administration operations, project cost control
and analysis. The Controls, Finance and Administration Manager - Brazil will have a triple reporting line to the
Financial Director, Operations VP. and Country Manager Brazil. This role will prepare customer invoices, project
costs reconciliations, forecast project revenue, cost and cash flow, revenue recognition calculations, and any
necessary supporting schedules for monthly general ledger close. The Controls, Finance and Administration
Manager - Brazil will liaison with the Operations VP and Project Managers for preparation and distribution of
project cost reports, cost analysis and cash flow forecasts. The Controls, Finance and Administration Manager
- Brazil will ensure that all deliverables comply with regulatory guidance and professional standards.
Additionally, the role will provide assistance with external audit and any other examinations.
Required Skills and Knowledge:

- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Knowledge of
Statutory accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of major accounting software packages for both general ledger
and statutory accounting.
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven
environment.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of
difficulty.
- The individual will be expected to work with mínimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his /
her work product. The individual will work closely with all major functional leaders of the Company.
Required Experience:

- General accounting experience
- Project control experience
- Preferred Oil & Gas Industry experience
Qualifications/Special Training:

- Bachelors of Science in Accounting or Finance

Escolaridade Mínima: Ensino Superior
