TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. We have several global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, São Paulo, Seoul, and Tokyo.
We are looking for a Project Manager who will be focused on ensuring the Creative Hub team operations are well-run, empowering the team to deliver on its goals and stay connected with its cross-functional partners, internal/external agencies, and regional teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver ongoing team reports and progress updates on Creative Hub KPIs and projects
- Facilitate partnership between team, internal/external agencies, and regional and cross-functional partners
- Participate in meetings, support in follow up communications, report on next steps
- Partner with teams to track, uncover and highlight opportunities and challenges for the group
- 3+ years experience in marketing, operations, project or program management
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments
- Impeccable attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Experience in a start-up or media/advertising world is a plus
