We are Belvo, an open finance API platform with the bold vision of democratizing access to financial services in Latin America. We enable any financial innovator to access and interpret financial data - as well as initiate payments from their end-users accounts. We’re turning the messy complexities of the Latin American financial ecosystem into a modern set of tools to access and interpret data and move money in a seamless and secure way.

**About the team**:

For us, there's no difference as long as you have an excellent internet connection and are able to overlap with the team between 3 pm and 6 pm, CEST timezone.

**Your opportunity**:

- Advise the stakeholders on legal and strategic matters surrounding privacy, and data protection;
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents: sales agreements; NDAs; Privacy Policies; Terms and Conditions; Data Sharing Agreements; Internal Policies.
- Identify specific training needs and create and deliver privacy training to the Belvoers;

**This position may be for you if**:

- Graduated in law for at least 4 years
- 3+ years of experience with privacy and data protection;
- Strong knowledge of Data Protection Law in Brazil;
- Curious, organized, get ahead with solutions;
- High attention to detail in how you work;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent spoken and written English and Portuguese;

**Amazing if**:

- Understanding of Data Protection Legislation in Europe, Mexico, or Colombia;
- Understanding of Open Finance and/or Payments regulations;
- Intermediate level in Spanish (written and verbal);
