**Descrição do perfil**

Responsável por zelar pelo cumprimento correto das normas e procedimentos internos a fim de prevenir ou reduzir as perdas da cia, sejam elas diretas ou indiretas.

**Principais atividades**
- Dar o suporte necessário a gerência do Nordeste interagindo com as demais áreas da empresa;
- Atuar nas visitas e fiscalizações em lojas próprias da Região Norte;
- Aplicar checklist de não conformidades nos PDV's;
- Realizar análise de segurança em prédios administrativos, mistos, técnicos, PDVs entre outros ativos;
- Acompanhar o budget Opex e Capex da Região Norte em apoio a Regional TIM Nordeste;
- Elaborar apresentações dos indicadores de segurança, em conformidade com os sistemas WFM, ISEC, CSO LAB;
- Realizar controle das atividades patrimoniais relacionadas aos prestadores de serviços (recepção, agente de portaria, bombeiros e vigilantes) da Região Norte;
- Acompanhar eventos, ocorrências e interagir com Órgãos Públicos, comitês de segurança das operadoras, associações relacionadas ao segmento, Delegacias, entre outras instituições pares;
- Elaborar Mapa de Calor e visão estratégica na implantação de soluções para mitigação de eventos.

**Conhecimento, experiência e formação**
- Experiência na área de Segurança empresarial;
- Experiência em Auditoria de processos, eletrônica, sistemas;Pacote Office;
- Gestão de pessoas;
- Conhecimento em iniciativas de IA;
- Superior completo em Administração, Direito, Segurança corporativa.
