**Job Role Summary**:
The IT Business Analyst supports Pricing tools, at strategy and execution level, and also new projects in Revenue Management capability.

**Job Role Responsibilities**:

- Supports existing Pricing tools (Vendor cloud app, Custom built solutions) and interfaces with other tools (SA OTC, DRM, etc.)
- Works as part of a global team (AM, EMEAF and AP), collaborates with the business to understand and refine the business requirements to deliver a solution
- Quality Assurance (QA) the features implemented using Test Scripts or Automation tools (i.e. Selenium)
- Troubleshoots issues (interfaces, jobs, inconsistencies, etc.), collaborates with the vendor (US and India) and/or the team on fixing them
- Designs and/or enhances IT processes to support the business.

**Expected Level of Proficiency**:
**Required Skills**:

- Experience in business or IT apps area for at least 3 years
- Good written and verbal communication in English and can do attitude
- Reading and Write SQL queries
- Experience with Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)

**Nice to have skills**:

- SAP Order to Cash process or technical knowledge
- Basic understanding of Software Development.
