Business Data Analyst

As Business Analyst, you will be in charge of collecting, analyzing, and reporting business-related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall efficiency while considering current economic conditions and operative working resources. The position requires focusing on aligning the technology aspect with business one by providing conclusions based on industry/market knowledge.

You know you are doing a good job when:
Daily traffic, revenue, GP and quality analysis with special focus on top customers (A and B segmentation) and take actions to insure profitability.
- Close collaboration with RA regarding all changes in routes, senders, regulations, providing business insights and requirements.
- Close collaboration with Regional stakeholders in terms of customer strategy.
- Prepare special analyses for smaller customers and present them to Sales organization.
- Track the profitability of all deals with customers. Internal (BA) reporting on profitability

side of projects and suggesting next steps to increase it.
- Create business insights for customer reports and suggesting new models on how to grow

business.*
- Custom pricing analysis and suggested activities for top customers (as well as possible

discounts or other commercial models).*
- Help with analysis, price suggestions and future route setup for auctions, tenders of top clients.*
- Collaborate with other relevant teams in setting and adjusting routes.*
- Follow, contribute to and internally (BA) report on regional sales strategy execution, both

in general and on a customer level.
- Participate in regional pricing strategy by providing analytical inputs to the Regional BALead.
- Analysis of regional aggregators’ traffic and providing opportunity insights towards Sales.
- Customer macro analysis not tied to region, including information coming from CI.
- Active usage of all customer related internal tools (SU, SF, QS...) in order to gather all available information and turn it into insights.
- Keep the communication with Global Customer Analytic to ensure high level information flow, suggesting operational and business improvements, sharing good practices and use cases from the region within CA.
- Keep up with updates from the industry, market trends and customer strategies. Have an overview of business and latest industry trends as well as the competition.
- Achieved high level of autonomy in solving regular CA Associate scope of work.
- Consult and act to insure maximal profitability of all deals with customers.
- Regional and management reporting, on global and customer level.
- Prepare special analyses for high priority customers and present them to Sales

organization.
- Proactively contribute to development of new business models for top regional clients.
- Approve custom pricing analysis and activity suggestions for top customers.
- Lead and approve special deals/discounts for customers on a regional level.
- Proactive involvement in specialized project teams - creating insights and suggestions for improvements based on data, analytics and client/market behavior.
- Travel (within dedicated regions) and participation in top customer meetings.
- Keep up with updates from the industry, market trends and customer strategies. Have an excellent overview of business and latest industry trends as well as the competition.
- Engage in mentoring more junior members and participate in onboarding process.
- Keep the communication with Global CA to ensure high level information flow, suggesting operational and business improvements, sharing good practices and use cases from the

region within CA.
More about you:

- You have a relevant working experience, preferably in business analytics.
- You have previous experience in driving business decisions based on data and analysis.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Besides that, you are familiar with SQL and understand the background rationale of various analytics tools (Experience with QlikSense and/or Tableau is advantageous).
- You analytically approach problem-solving and you enjoy managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
