What are we looking for

We are currently looking for a IT Recruitment Assistant (Junior level) to join our Career Services team, this role is fully remote, which means you can work from anywhere.
About the role

You will be working hand-to-hand with Consultants and a Team Leader to achieve the goals of our Career Services Division. You can expect to be performing the following activities in this role:
Identifying Software professionals in the market, using sourcing techniques through LinkedIn and other channels.
Making a first contact with software developers and data professionals who are interested in our services.
Maintain and check the data accuracy of our internal ATS system regularly.
Assist other consultants with meeting setups, reminders, calendar management, etc.
Participate in career sessions and interviews as a part of your training and development within the company.
Support with administrative tasks.

What do we expect from you

This is a junior role, you will receive constant training and we expect you to be involved in different tasks as a part of your career progress with our team.
Work experience is not mandatory, but we do value people with a true passion for technology.
Highly proficiency in English is required for this position.
Spanish is not required for the position, but we really value it if you have it.
Any experience as an IT Recruiter or IT Sourcer (internships, summer jobs or other junior roles count)
This position is available as part-time in the event that you are still studying a degree.
