US Advertising company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Assistant | Remote | Full TimeA talent acquisition support position is open for a highly organized, detail-oriented, andcommunicative professional to assist our recruitment operations in a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment. We are looking for someone experienced in talent sourcing and headhunting, withthe ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.Responsibilities:● Screen applications● Schedule and conduct video interviews (Zoom/Google meet)● Respond to applicant emails and/or inquiries● Notify candidates whether they passed/failed● Endorse qualified candidates● Issue Job offer to qualified candidates● Assist in managing Airtable and other CRM applications● Onboarding of new employees/contractors.● Other tasks that may be assignedRequirements:● College Graduate (Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or any related field)● With experience mostly in recruitment● Daily use of English● Excellent verbal and written communication skills● Excellent eye for detail, organizational skills, and email managementExpectations:● 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day● Competitive salary base● Permanent WFH setup● SOP Library● Work schedule is in EST (Monday-Friday)● Opportunities for professional development and career advancement● Know how to use basic Excel functions
