The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role plays a pivotal part in driving hiring success across various teams. This position operates within the global Talent Acquisition organization and partners closely with business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market roles in LATAM. Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to define needs and drive hiring outcomes. Use tools like Recruiter to source top talent and build diverse pipelines. Required Qualifications: 5–10 years of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting. Proven success recruiting in LATAM with a strong understanding of local talent markets. Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders. Skilled in sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like Recruiter. Our team is looking for an individual who is proactive, has excellent communication skills and can adapt quickly to new situations.
