Transition. - shaping the future of energy, and beyond. Purpose As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for delivering the recruitment volume request by the business. You advise and align priorities on candidates with your stakeholders, ensuring the performance of your processes is aligned with the company’s standards. Responsibilities Establish partnership relationship with stakeholders, ensuring actions that deliver what is necessary, while respecting policies, processes, and procedures. Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, including job offer extensions and ATS data maintenance. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout sourcing and applicant management. Use role‑centric, competency‑based assessments to analyze both internal and external candidates and select the most suitable candidate. Build and grow talent pipelines for both recurrent and unique roles through various channels. Generate interest for roles through effective use of recruitment sources. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders for alignment and commitment throughout the recruitment process. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement and optimization. Education Bachelor’s Degree: Typically in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Relevant experience in talent acquisition or related HR fields. Demonstrated experience in managing the end‑to‑end hiring process.
