Accounts Payable Analyst

Maintain efficient and effective invoice processing including accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll and intercompany.
- Input applicable taxes into IFS system, according to tax rules
- Archive and organize, invoices, accounting documents and support documentation
- Liaise and follow with vendors and internal staff regarding invoices with disparity
- Ensure that foreign exchange contracts are in accordance with the Central Bank´s regulations (import, export, capital increase, dividends, and others)
- Perform account reconciliations such as: bank, creditor accounts, accruals etc., and support the monthly and year-end closing.
- Support in liaising with external/internal auditors

**Requirements**:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business or other relevant major

**Experience**
- Previous experience with IFS systems is an advantage

**Interpersonal skills**
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team
- Organized and good attention to details
- Analytical, structured, and systematic
- Ability to effectively communicate across organizational boundaries

**Knowledge**
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping principals
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
