This position leads multiple wells from a project, Is accountable for all of this elements (BKR products and services, contracted parties, Client interface) of the project from planning through operational deployment to closing. The APM will drive on-time delivery, consistency and Service delivery excellence, while maximizing the revenue, cost and cash collection.

**As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for**:

- Engaging with Customers and Prospects to help them understand the value Digital Transformation.
- Leading all elements (BHGE products and services, contracted parties, Client interface) of the well, safely and efficiently towards increasing profitability through On Time Delivery, Performance Improvement, and Incremental Revenue through upsell strategies, additional pull through of additional products or services
- Directing manages the core Project Management Team (well sites, SDC’s), and indirectly other Project assigned personnel.
- Managing multiple products and services across multiple wellsite/rigs in often complex contractual arrangements.
- Managing the Project Schedule and applies solutions to both leading and lagging situations.
- Appling Company and specific (IWS) Management System processes and procedures across the project, as well as any mandated software solutions.
- Performing as Point of Contact with the client, nurtures the relationship, acts as well manager and ensures Project Communication Plan is in place and functional across all levels and areas of his rigs
- Utilizing proficient networking and touchpoints in a matrix organization in order to ensure sufficient and effective use of supporting resources for the project from the wider organization.
- Directing efforts regarding Contingency Planning, from ERP deployment and testing/drills, to Risk Mitigation status per the plan. Strong promoter and chair of Management of Change process as well as member of ERT.
- Displaying and encourages company ethics, initiatives across both the assigned project and the wider organization.

**Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management
- Demonstrate significant experience in an upstream Oil and Gas environment.
- Have Portuguese and English - both advanced/fluent is a must
- Good knowledge of Well Engineering, Well Construction, Drilling contractor management, equipment packages and technical solutions.
- Have experience in Digital Customer Transformation.
- Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
- Ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries
- Extensive knowledge of business plans, Project Planning, and execution of all elements of Project Execution Plans
- Demonstrate deep experience in Petrobras Quality Program and Contract Manager
- Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork across multiple Product Companies, functions, geographies, external parties
