- 6 months**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the distribution and monitoring of tasks and deadlines assigned to colleagues and coordinators by the Office Director;
- Support the communication team in the revision and updating of the office's list of projects and portfolios;
- Translate documents between Portuguese and English;
- Assist in the writing and completion of reports on the activities of the Office in Brazil;
- Assist in managing the agenda of the Representation team in Brazil, as well as daily operational activities;
- Assist in organizing files related to the Office's management activities;
- Assist in organizing meetings and events, as well as participating in them when necessary;
- Create spreadsheets and support the development of data tracking tools as needed;
- Draft the Office’s weekly agenda and contribute to its dissemination;
- Conduct bibliographic, biographical, and documentary research to support ongoing activities;
- Draft a variety of documents, including notes, summaries, and other written materials as requested. - Other similar demands, as requested by the supervisor.

- Languages
- English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese and English is required for the internship. Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
