**Missions**:
Support the general demands of HR & Communication function managing engaging and consistent content for the organization's media towards internal/external audiences. It includes designing and implementing a corporate communications strategy in conjunction with other departments as necessary.
- Lead the on-time creation and delivery of high-quality and engaging content, for our various internal and external communication channels including intranet articles, press releases, website, social media, TV screens, events, etc;
- Manage the editorial calendar, schedules and deadlines for editorial content creation;
- Manage picture library, documentation and consent forms, and organize photo shooting sessions;
- Support the organization with questions/issues related to internal and external communications, including advice on development of content, speeches, power point, pictures and videos;
- Develop and implement key corporate messages based on the company’s vision and strategies;
- Ensure content is engaging and accurate, guaranteeing that internal and external communications messages are consistent across all media platforms and for different departments of the organization;
- Forecast content performance to align content strategy with business goals, implementing improvement actions according to Corporate Communications Plan;
- Collaborate with shareholders communications team and other departments to ensure content plans meet business needs;
- Work closely with operational teams to leverage relevant information and contextualize it for external audience;
- Support on operational communications demands in monitoring and meeting media needs arising from environmental licensing of assets and facilities (eg Social Communication Program);
- Execute planned activities in TAG's Annual Internal and External Communication Plan for operational assets, monitoring the implementation of the actions by outsourced companies (eg ESOM);
- Supervise the implementation of the Debranding Project with operational team, ensuring alignment with TAG´s brand guidelines;
- Acting on National and Local Press demands, producing and reviewing releases, papers, organizing trainings, crisis simulations, press field trips, etc.;
- Acting in Crisis Communication situations, according to TAG's Crisis Communication Guideline;
- Support Social Responsibility Actions, Sponsored Projects and in TAG's Stakeholders Mapping;
- Support H&S department in demands related to 168 whenever necessary;
- Analyze and support opportunities and demands related to events, institutional sponsorship and others;
- Storyboard or translate ideas to the Communications Agencies, creative team of art directors and designers;
- Support on internal and external organizational events by delivering contents and presentations and coordinating all Communications demands.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications actions.
- Share our agile and innovative mindset that fosters constant improvements in our communication strategy and drive transformation in using digital tools

**Experience / Diploma**

College Degree: Communications, Marketing, or related areas. Desirable Post-Graduation on Business Management, Human Resources, or similar fields of knowledge

**Skills / Specific Knowledge**:
Can lead brainstorming, planning and creation efforts for highly engaging content for all media, own and paid

Is highly skilled at expressing important information through the written word and other scalable delivery formats, such as graphics, video and audio

Is extremely organized and diligent in on-time editorial calendar execution.

Understands the many facets of digital communications tools

Can adapt to a fast changing environment

Fluent English

Ability to work collaboratively with all teams and field operations staff toward the achievement of delivering the training and procedures.

Integrity and professional ethics

Strong presentation skills

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with communications and HR departments

Creative skills

Familiarity with information technology, especially digital communication
