**Do you have what it takes?**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Being a Certified Salesforce Administrator is mandatory
- Additional Salesforce certifications preferred
- Strong preference for experience in healthcare operations and technology
- Strong preference for experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
- Experience with data integration, API's, and clinical data management
- Being analytical, adaptable, aiming for maximum quality, and focusing on solving problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork, proactivity, responsibility
- English: Advanced

**What you will do**:

- Lead the discovery and implementation of key Salesforce platform development priorities
- Collaborate with other technical resources within the organization to build scalable and effective solutions to business challenges
- Continuously deliver value to the organization by enhancing and expanding the use of Salesforce to support various business processes and requirements
- Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to the organization to assist in optimizing workflows, and adopting new practices related to Salesforce
