Product Manager and Agroservice Representative

Join the **KWS Seminte SRL** team as a **Product Management & Agroservice Representative in central Romania (Transilvania)**. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with direct impact on the development of the company's agricultural products and strategies. A **permanent**, **full-time** contract is offered for this position. **Responsibilities**: - Manage the product portfolio, which includes testing new products and monitoring the life cycle of existing products, with a focus on sugar beet and corn crops. - Coordinating test networks and analyzing results to define varieties suitable for the region. - Working with product managers and agroservice management team to adapt portfolio to local conditions. - Working closely with and training the sales team on the characteristics and advantages of KWS hybrids. - Organizing training for the sales team of commercial partners (sugar factories, distributors). - Technical assistance and agronomic advice for customers. - Collaboration with agricultural authorities and research institutions for the approval of hybrids - Monitoring crop developments and climatic trends in the area - Planning and participating in promotional activities, support for the development of sugar beet and corn specific marketing materials. - Continuous training in agronomy, plant genetics and specific regulations, exchange of information and collaboration with management team for Product Management and Agroservice in the SEE region - University degree in agronomy, postgraduate studies are an advantage - At least 2 years' experience in agricultural practice, experience in agronomic research an advantage - Experience in knowledge transfer, tailored to specific audiences - Very good agronomic knowledge, experience in field testing is an advantage. - Communication, data and information management and interpretation, adaptability, teamwork, relationship building. - Fluent knowledge of Romanian and English mandatory. **Benefits**: - Because we are a family-owned company, we are guided by values such as closeness, mutual trust, vision for the future and independence, thus creating an open and positive working atmosphere.
