**Global Payroll Associate**
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage global payroll operations across Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Argentina, USA, United Kingdom, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Cayman, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in partnership with our internal HRBPs, TMF (payroll provider), and the dedicated team.
- Oversee outsourced employees in collaboration with providers such as Deel, Vistra, Amaris, etc.
- Ensure SOX controls are applied to all payroll processes, including validation of TMF calculations and procedures.
- Partner with internal and external auditors to address audit requirements and resolve compliance issues.
- Stay abreast of changes in global payroll regulations and ensure timely adaptation of processes.
- Act as payroll accountant, providing detailed explanations of payroll figures to accounting teams and external auditors.
- Support global payroll transformation initiatives and M&A integration projects.
- Develop and implement payroll processes to improve workflow through automation and enhanced data management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver business-as-usual payroll tasks.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of experience in global payroll operations, ideally with previous experience at TMF.
- Proven experience managing payroll across multiple countries and working with outsourced providers.
- Strong understanding of SOX controls and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting payroll transformation and M&A integration.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Oracle (highly desirable for current and future projects).
- Fluent in English; intermediate Spanish is highly valued.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
