**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of global car rental partners, providing actionable insights to optimize revenue and operational efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth market research, benchmarking competitors, regulatory frameworks, pricing strategies, and mobility trends.
- Develop analytical models and dashboards to track KPIs such as availability, booking performance, NPS, complaints and SLA resolution, financial compliance, and commission flows.
- Translate complex data into strategic insights for internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Growth teams) and external partners.
- Prepare detailed performance reviews and market reports to support decision-making, ensuring partners receive structured and data-driven recommendations.
- Support the evaluation and integration of new partners by analyzing commercial potential, financial health, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to design experiments, measure outcomes, and propose process improvements to increase competitiveness in global markets.
- Identify risks (operational, financial, regulatory) and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to management.
- Assist in the governance of commercial processes, ensuring consistency in partner data, financial controls, and reporting standards across multiple countries.
- Provide support for internal projects focused on efficiency, automation, and international expansion.

**What we expect from you (experience, soft and hard skills)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field;
- Advanced English (mandatory);
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in business performance analysis, preferably in international markets;
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and solid experience with BI tools (Tableau or Power BI - mandatory);
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, or similar analytical tools is a strong plus;
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports;
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Experience in service companies or the travel/mobility sector;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex data in a clear, concise way.

- Proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish);
- Work experience in a multinational or multicultural environment;
- Knowledge of car rental or travel industry dynamics;
- Experience with process automation, financial modeling, or commercial forecasting;
- Familiarity with European regulations in tourism and mobility.
