**Language requirements**:

- Portuguese and Spanish **OR** *Portuguese and English

**Requirements**:

- You have knowledge about the software market (companies, trends, roles, etc.)
- Sense of ownership and responsibility
- All university backgrounds are accepted: Completed undergraduate level.

**About your role**

You will be a part of our startup team in Brazil, joining a fully remote team in different countries across Latin America, North America and the European Union.
- Conduct interviews with software professionals: Developers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and related roles.
- Implement our initiatives in the Brazilian market.
- Provide advise on IT recruitment processes, salary negotiations, interviews, job boards, etc.
- Coordinate with other team members in dedicated internal Van Hyde projects.
